Eligibility

Healthcare eligibility opens the door to your benefits, ensuring you meet the requirements to access coverage and support for your well-being.

  • Minimums

    No minimums for MEC, Dental, or Vision. A collective minimum of 5 is required to bind to the MV plans, ensuring there are enough members to make the plan viable for the provider.

  • Waiting periods

    Waiting periods typically serve as a brief transition period before coverage begins, allowing for proper onboarding and integration into the benefits program. Here, waiting periods are 1st of the month after date of hire, 1st of the month after 30 days, 1st of the month after 60 days.

  • MV Eligibility

    If you anticipate needing more robust coverage (e.g. chronic sickness, ongoing medication, diagnostic tests), MV plans can be a good option. Please note that specifics will vary by state.
