OSB Membership Fee

Varies by Team | Annual

Annual association fees are tailored to the size of your team, with the option to pay monthly or save 10% by paying annually. As teams grow and change, fees will adjust accordingly during your team’s open enrollment period.

Health Insurance Admin Fee

$25 per Employee | Monthly

Employees who enroll in health insurance will pay a monthly $25 membership fee to cover administrative tasks like benefits management, customer service, and billing. This fee is not pre-taxable and will be added monthly to your healthcare premium invoice.

OPTIONAL ADD ON

Unlimited Talk Therapy

$10 per Employee | Monthly

Part-time, full-time, FOH, BOH—if they’re on your team, they’re eligible. Unlimited talk therapy is included with every OSB Medical Plan, or you can offer it as a standalone benefit for just $10/month per employee. No red tape, no max sessions—just real, human support when it matters most.
