For teams with less than 50 full-time employees, the employer is able to select their contribution amount towards any of our plans. Our plans are designed to offer robust coverage at an affordable rate to meet the needs of any individual’s healthcare needs. Traditionally, access to these types of plans has not been possible or the monthly premiums have been challenging for small business owners to significantly contribute to.
Our EPO plans are great for: full-time, part-time and seasonal employees that want preventative care with the option to add on voluntary benefits to make their plans fit what is best for them.
Coverage for Med-Large Teams
Employers with teams over 50 full-time employees are required by the ACA to offer affordable health insurance to their teams. Contribution levels vary by plan, so it’s worth knowing what the ACA requirements are. We will help you figure out the math and select the plans that are right for your team.
Our PPO plans are great for: management teams and full-time staff that might require more robust coverage for things like chronic health conditions or major life events such as pregnancy.
Our EPO plans are great for: full-time, part-time and seasonal employees that want preventative care with the option to add on voluntary benefits to make their plans fit what is best for them.
